Free Fridays - Terms
Please read these terms carefully
- Free Fridays is for the Free Room Hire only, the normal rate of £195 is waived on these nights and includes 1 bar staff.
- 1 bar staff would equate to approx 35 people, additional bar staff can be added for a cost of £40 per person.
- Room Hire is up to 11.30pm but can be extended subject to a supplement of £35 per hour.
Cinema Terms and Conditions - General Terms of Admission
These terms relate to the purchasing of a ticket, please read them.
Our sister company JUSA Events and Community Cinema arrange the Cinema Events.
- Please check the Film Classification for the film before purchasing. This will be available on our website and also on our Facebook Page, along with other promotional material. We are required by law to refuse admission to any person who is below the minimum age required by the relevant classification. If in doubt a member of team will ask for proof and may refuse entry.
- Children are more than welcome but any under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- We will always endeavour to show the film as advertised and working alongside Community Cinemas this should not be a problem. However, if for any reason we cannot accommodate our liability to you is limited to a full refund of the ticket purchased.
- There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building in accordance with legislation.
- Only food and drinks bought in the venue will be allowed to be consumed within the venue.
- We do insist that mobile phones are switched off during the film.
- Our health and safety procedures are for the safety of both you and our other guests and the must be adhered to at all times. To avoid disturbance to our other guests, admission after the performance has started may be restricted.
- SMC Leisure or any of its partners are not responsible for any parking regulations imposed by any third parties or costs incurred imposed on customers. These matters should be taken up with the third parties involved directly.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or require you to leave the premises without a refund if you behave in an anti-social or threatening manner; put the safety of our other guests, our employees or our property at risk; or otherwise breach these General Terms of Admission.
- It is illegal to video or attempt to copy in anyway the film being shown. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.
- Seating is unreserved and will work on a first come first serve basis.
- Ticket prices are sold at the price advertised.
- Tickets can be bought in advance and on the day and the two prices may vary
- Tickets are purchased in advance from Suite 2 St Mary’s Chambers, Haslingden Road, Rawtenstall, Rossendale BB4 6QX and no responsibility can held for any lost tickets.
- Tickets can also be purchased online via Paypal from the website
- Entry without a valid ticket will be refused.
- Unless otherwise stated tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All purchases are subject to these terms and conditions, the SMC terms and Privacy Policy as shown on our website www.stmaryschambers.com
- We do reserve the right to amend these Terms without notice.
