Funeral Wakes

Following a funeral service or ceremony, it is traditional to provide some form of light refreshments for the mourners, either at the family home or at a convenient, local public catering funeral venue.

If you are making funeral arrangements and are organising a gathering of family and friends, large and small events can be sensitively organised for you at St Mary's Chambers. The team will help arrange a buffet to match with your budget and help with any specific requirements.

Don’t feel obliged to offer an ‘open bar’ - mourners will not expect it. The bar will be open allowing people to purchase their own drinks directly including tea and coffee.

These events are usually without much notice and the team will try to accommodate as quickly as possible.
